New Sites:

Imagine - My bilingual fanworks website. Eventually, I'd like to make this into an Japanese personal site. But since I'm not comfortable enough typing out sentences in another language, we'll leave it as art only for now. :P

Iustitia - Forget about KOS-MOS and T-elos. Doctus is where it's at. XP Another Xenosaga fansite brought to you buy yours truly.

Hurray. :D This will be up sometime in the near future. It's horribly uncreative because I just slapped some pictures on a texture and called it a day, but... it's pretty?



New stuff: Return of pixels and sprites! I found a good chunk of my old work and I'll be putting it back up. terra, whack me over the head if I don't put that laguna sprite up. I'm also going to toss in a few freebee layouts that I've made which I'm not planning on using. I have some tutorials that I've written up which I'd like to add as well. I'm also putting my better icons back up. Hurray for goodies! I'm also experimenting with new styles, and trying to break out of some tried and true methods in the past.

By the end of the year, I would really like to have new a new design for everything. Some of my older fanlistings are quite ugly and tossed together. I also want to break out of the frames thing.

Also, I don't think I've ever made more spelling mistakes in my life. They're everywhere. Thankfully, BBEdit has a spell checker that ignores tags. :D Huzzah!

Kiss Me Goodbye has been put on a brief hiatus while I update information (and sloppy, year-old code) for a new layout. I hope to have this up in a few weeks. A look at what's to come! Does the header (where the name of the site is) look really yucky and jpg artifact-y to anyone? I had to make some changes to it, and I lost the original PSD.

New Fanlisting: Maybe Tomrorow - Xenosaga III OST. Said content in the last post regarding Xenosaga 3 dialouge and what-not has been added. I also have a mini collective for my Xenosaga websites in progress. I just found it too hard to link to all of them on forums.

A new layout for the domain is in the works. FFXII related, just like everyone else in the community. :P OMG ONE MORE MONTH!

Other than that, I have shrine materials for Purity typed up. It needs a new layout (how many times have I said this?), but her Amano artwork is just so hard to work with. I may just go with my own fan art in the end. :/

Otherwise, that's all I have. :D

Nothing big, but since I've completed Xenosaga Episode III (and now working on all the sidequests), I've been scrambling to get the bulk of my textual content up on both of my Xenosaga shrines before FFXII. Power of Love and Liberation have updates in the text sections. I have a good 6 pages of hand-copied text from Allen's long speech before the end of the game. I'm going to type that up within the next few days. Oi! I need a laptop!

I was also approved for the Xenosaga III OST Fanlisting. So I'll have that up shortly, providing the official site releases the one picture I'd really like to use in the layout. If not, I'll have to use something else. :P

I hope the artbook we get with the preorder has some decent concept art I can use. Of course, since I'm not shrining KOS-MOS, I highly doubt I'll find oodles of stuff. Never-the-less, I'm happy with the good chunk of stuff I have. I want to invest in the anime artbook. The covers of the DVDs have some good artwork too, but I can't justify spending all that money so I can scan them. :/ I wonder if they're in the artbook?

Personally, I get a kick out of finding hard to find concept artwork. You know, stuff you don't see everywhere. The official art pages are my favorite parts in the media sections of shrines. :D

I'm debating if I even want to submit my sites to the fansites section of the official NA website. If I can get away with replacing all of the games that are covered in my sites (there's several in the series) with one word (i.e. "Series"), then it's all good. But there's no way I'm going to fill up my entire footer file with the names of every game including the long-winded titles just to appease the corporation. Nor am I going to remove my cracky statements just because it doesn't line up with the official position of the company. Hey, personal opinions and interpretations make shrines stand out!

Speaking of artbooks, does anyone know if there's any plans to release an FFXII artbook? I have the FFIX and FFX ones. I'd like to get my hands on an FF6 artbook as well.

Xenosaga Websites:
Reminiscence has evolved into Liberation! It has a layout to match Tatarian Aster. Content pages have been going up every day. I'm trying for at least two pages of information and a media page a day. Content still needs to be added and modified in Power of Love, but I'm waiting for the final installment to do anything in the information section.

Final Fantasy:
BIG changes and additions in store for Kiss Me Goodbye. I'm debating on a name change for this site as well. Future fanlisting or not, I'm working on making it the best Ashe site I can possibly make it to be.

I have all sorts of notes and things typed up for Sexy Ninja (soon to be Ninjitsu), and Purity. It's just a matter of balancing my Xenosaga obsession with my waning obsession of FFVI. Don't fear, I still love it, but I'm too pumped for Xenosaga III's release at the end of this month.

I've promised myself that I won't take on any new fanlistings or shrines until I've gotten the bulk of this content done. XD

Reminiscence - My Ziggy from Xenosaga fanlisthing finally has some actual content. Eliza convinced me to put some there, despite the fact that Sanna already has a Ziggy shrine in progress. He's become my favorite. Especially after reading and seeing the omg!leaked information for Episode III. =D More will be added when I have time.

Now to add content to Sexy Ninja (that name is grating on my nerves, mind you), and redesign Purity as well as add more content there. My domain needs a new layout too. *twiddles thumbs*

Sorry everyone for the lack of updates on december-rain. Not that anyone really cares that much anyway. Life has been rather hectic as of late. The convention that my college is holding is in 10 days, so I've been extremely busy these past two months planning and preparing. There's a convention the week after that, and I'm trying to finish a costume in time. On top of that, I'm using a lovely new Macintosh. So, I needed a good adjustment period to get used to everything.

Miss Havisham fanslisting should be up by the end of this week. It's way overdue, but I haven't been put on troubles yet. So that's good.

Shion from the Xenosaga anime will be added soon.

I also adopted Katie's DOA4 fanlising. That'll be added today or tomorrow. I'm using her old layout for now because I don't have time to make one myself. *spazzes*

Don't forget guys, I'm up for affiliate requests! I know lots of you guys have a bagillion affiliates, so that's understandable. But anyone who may pass by this who may be interested, don't be afraid to ask! <3 I just prefer some simular interests, websites, and the like.

Reminiscence - My Ziggy from Xenosaga fanlisting is up! Minus the fact that I forgot to put the text for "members" and I flattend the PSD file and saved it. Hopefully people can find it okay. Miss Havisham is being coded right now. Should be up later this week or so if everything goes alright. I'd like to get these up before the deadlines.

I made a few small updates at Kiss Me Goodbye, namely editing textual information and adding the correct voice actress! I'm now learning why you don't do pre-mature shrines. :P Oh well. Do you know this site gets about 40 hits per DAY!? It's mind boggling! Katie and I have decided to do a silly little layout design exchange. I'm working on a pretty layout for her Aeris shrine, while she made one for KMG. So, it'll probably see a new layout in the upcoming month or so.

Projects I'd like to get working on very soon:
- Fanlisting Collective I need to think of a witty name. I stink at this.
- Art Site I have a layout in the works. I just need to figure out how to run the galleries.
- Smallish personal site will be released with next domain layout, whenever that will be.
- Cosplay Site I'm debating going back to the original layout. Can we say laaazzzzyyyyy?

Once I have nearly finished content on my FF4 shrines, I really want to make a Relm from FF6 shrine! FF6 is my first love, and it surprizes me that I have no tribute to the game what so ever. Relm is an artist, I'm an artist. Plus, I don't know of any shrines out there for her with lots of information and media. At least I know how to hack the game so I can play through it quickly to get the information I need. :D (I don't think it matters after you've played it at least 15 times from start to finish normally.)

Okay enough rambling.

I was recently approved for the following fanlistings. These will be up within a few weeks, as soon as I have time to devote to their sites and such.

Ziggy of Xenosaga - another underappreciated game character who deserves more love! I swear, my domain is turning into "Nobody loves these guys! Please learn to appreciate them!", save for Ashe.

Miss Havisham of Great Expectations - I was surprized this wasn't taken. She's my favorite character from the novel by Dickens. I need to think of a witty name. Maybe "Moldy Cake" or "Mothballs and Cobwebs" I'm not sure.

I'm also thinking I should whip up a fanlisting collective. I already have a subdomain for it (where enthusiast is installed). I'll need to think of a name for it as well. I will have 8 as soon as the aforementioned two are complete. At what number does one create a collective for their fanlistings?

Not a whole lot of updates lately, but I figured I would post the little bit I have done lately.

An awesome friend of mine, Joh has taken a ton of screenshots from Xenosaga I for Power of Love. I'm in the process of editing and adding the screenshots. It'll be awhile though, as I have other projects to work on.

My fanlistings have gotten quite a few new members. Get Off My Interweb seems to be the most popular (and the ugliest).

I also need to start adding the actual content to Sexy Ninja, but I haven't been in the mood to replay FF4 right now.

I'm in charge of the website, artwork and cosplay department for an anime convention my old college anime club is holding. So... that's been taking up a lot of my time. Hurray for me. I just can't seem to say no to anything. =P

I was sick and tired of looking at the old layout, so here is something different using the same colors.

New Stuff: More links, more pixel art (including FF8 sprites), more avatars, a nicer profile page thing, some new buttons, and err... stuff. =)

Sexy Ninja - Edge fanlisting/tribute. I have yet to add all of the textual information and media. However, the fanlisting portion of the website is up. If you think Edge is one sexy ninja, go ahead and join.

Dreams - Absolutely sucky layout, but with very pretty colors. Haha. This is a fanlisting for "Dreams" by The Cranberries.

I turned Unrequited Love into a simple fanlisting. I figured since I opened Power of Love, I didn't need to have any redundant information and media. I'm so very glad that I saved that PSD file of the original layout.

In other news, LCCC Anime Society's website is up. This was a join collaboration between my friend and very talented artist/webdesigner, rebeccai. This has probably been the most annoying and troublesome layout design I have ever had my hands in creating. We spent most of the time working out small bugs and other obvious problems for hours at Panera Bread several times a week. I'm just happy to have it over with.

No updates in a long time! To make a long story short, work absolutely killed me during the holiday season. Now that I have more free time, I can spend a bit more time devoting to my sites.

December Rain I still have quite a bit of content and stuff to put up here. I did add quite a few new avatars! I also hope to get some links up very shortly. I would really like to change the layout because I'm not fond of the small text area. Yet, I'm very fond of this layout design. I think I'll keep it up till the end of the year at least.

Cosplay Plus This site really needs a content update, but I've been busy with a bagillion other things right now. I do have convention pictures from Sugoicon up. I'll be adding convention reports shortly as well.

Kiss Me Goodbye My Ashe shrine has some updated information in the fanworks section including an updated fan art page, with a new fan art by me. I also updated a few spelling errors I came across, as well as some updated information in the fanworks submission guidelines. I also have a new affiliate.

Purity This of course, is a new site as of this post. There's been some link exhanges, and I also have a more artwork and FMV's to add. These will be added very shortly.

I made a layout for my personal site, but I'm not liking it. I'm still looking for a good script to use for my art site. I'm half tempted to just do it all manually. My cosplay site also really needs to be finished. I want to get the latter two up and running by the new year, hopefully.
